LIVING WITH DEATH

I can't believe that, in a mile-long line, when a donor dies, only the famous people are called by a renowed hospital in São Paulo, Brazil, a hospital that treats Mr. Fausto King Size with a lot of kindness.

How many more people will have to die on the organ waiting list while this man is alive because it's impossible to believe that the doctors haven't yet realized that it's his body that can't accept more new organs any more. A single moldy orange spreads, even if only in small numbers, his nonconformity with God's laws that only increases his debt, and it's all done quietly, in secrecy. "Oh, he was good.", some people can say. Let's stop being hypocrites and think about that waiting list. He should have the integrity of someone who understands the various organs (multiple organs). They already have grown-up children, all millionaires and grown-up, but I ask you: what about that father on the waiting list, with his son waiting for the liver that the São Paulo transplant network prioritized for this man who has already performed countless transplants? Both for him and, particularly, for the hospital. This waiting list is years long, not days long! But Mr. Fat F. thinks that every time he's in this hospital, he attracts negative energy, indignation, and rejection. A hospital that shouldn't do this because it's descended from a people who, since their birth, have endured much struggle.

God is not unfair, but then I ask: how is this hospital doing this to those human beings who have no money? I have the authority as a Brazilian citizen to be suspicious of this waiting list. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence and understanding sees what's happening and is outraged. My cousin had a transplant and only got it because he has a very rare blood type and is still negative, but it took two years of waiting, and he doesn't drink, smoke, or party. 

My appreciation to the respectable S. L. Hospital for respecting the waiting list! My cousin was there with several humble transplant recipients, and now the famous hospital, which bears the dignified name, isn't respecting itself? Do you really believe that Brazil, a country the size of a continent, would only have this one as a compatible recipient? And why did they only notify this specific hospital? There's only one smart person because there's an idiot one, and that poor guy in the queue, waiting because he has no money.
