To know how to
make is not to know how to boss. To know how to boss is not to know how to
make. Then, who doesn't know how to make, but know how to boss, make it with
consideration when giving an order to whom that makes your day-by-day better.
That one who knows how to make, but
doesn't know how to boss, make it with delicacy, with dexterity and never with
arrogance and superb, becoming a burden to whom is under your yoke.
